Ways to work together

Ongoing support

I work alongside your team to clarify requirements, work through priorities and support development as the product evolves.

A focused project

We work together to shape a product idea, define a first release or improve a workflow - with a clear scope and outcome agreed at the start.

Another perspective

Bring a question, an idea or something you’re stuck on. We’ll work through it and identify practical next steps.

Selected work

Shaping a loan application workflows with usersUser workshopsWorkflow designMentoringA loan application process relied on manual work and long-established habits. Through workshops with credit advisors, I helped define clearer statuses, actions and workflows for the team to build.

I facilitated the workshops, created user story maps and workflow diagrams, and presented them to the development team as a basis for implementation. Together with users, we identified gaps and distinguished primary from secondary actions. Examining the process in detail led to changes from what users had initially envisaged.

We also created a roadmap for the whole system, guiding its development from scratch and later supporting expansion to another country. That expansion required analysing gaps and differences between the countries’ processes and requirements, and identifying where the system needed to adapt.

Mentoring the Product Owner was part of our everyday collaboration. We worked through requirements and carried out every refinement together, with templates and guidance shared along the way. After release, they felt confident identifying new features, prioritising work and preparing clear requirements for the team to continue development.

Bringing clarity to a growing productRequirementsRoadmapAI-assisted analysisAfter a challenging handover, I took responsibility for business analysis in a growing software product - from writing user stories and leading refinements to planning upcoming features and introducing AI into analysis work.

I reviewed and reorganised the backlog, reconstructed missing business rules and worked with stakeholders to resolve open questions. I translated those findings into user stories and acceptance criteria, and led refinement sessions to work through the details with the development team.

Alongside this ongoing work, I helped create a roadmap for upcoming features. We identified dependencies and made them visible, so they could inform priorities and the order of development.

I also created a reusable AI skill to support feature analysis, identify gaps and edge cases, and draft requirements and acceptance criteria. It helped me identify questions faster and prepare more focused discussions with the team and stakeholders.

Defining a new time-tracking moduleDiscoveryBusiness rulesMVP definitionA new time-tracking module with different user needs and competing priorities. I work directly with end users to understand how they work and, together with the Product Owner, define the roadmap - from the MVP to later releases.

The work covers the full process from recording time to reporting and invoicing. Conversations with users help establish which functionality is essential for the first release and where their needs differ, informing scope and priorities.

From there, I define workflows and business rules, including how entries are corrected, approved and included in invoicing. The analysis also addresses exceptions and dependencies that need to be understood before development.

These decisions become user stories and acceptance criteria. I lead refinement sessions with the development team to review the requirements, resolve open questions and establish a shared understanding of what will be built.
